Residential calls are flat rate and $95.
Commercials calls are by the hour ($150) including the $150 service call, plus tax.

Buying or Selling a home? Representing a buyer or seller as a realtor? We will provide a full service report for both parties.
If you have already had a home inspection done and an inspector has sent you a report, email us the report before your service call and we will send you a digital estimate that you can approve online.
